URAR and Condo —$310
Multi Family (1-4) unit — $500
Utilized for single family, multi family, and condominium type properties. These full reports include a walk through of the entire property, most times interior photographs are part of this type of report. These types of reports are used by banks and credit unions for HE lines, refinancing (rate reduction and cash out loans), short sales, foreclosure, new construction , 40B income restricted loans, and adult communities/age restricted properties.
Drive-by Report - $285
This report is also utilized for the same reasons above, but this type of report does not include an interior inspection. A visit is made to the property and observations about the property are made from the street.
Desktop Reports - $125
This is a restricted report, data about the property are made by viewing public data. This is a Restricted type of report.
